A comprehensive low-cost eye care program that offers professional eye care and discounts on services and eye wear. Your employer/organization has made arrangements with Vision Salon Eye Care Associates to meet all of your eye care needs. You can also enroll privately.

How Do I Enroll?

• Call (800) 435-4733 and tell a helpful staff member that you would like to register for the VS Advantage Plan.
• New members and their families can make appointments for an eye exam or bring in current prescriptions for eye wear at a reduced cost.
• All payments are made directly to The Vision Salon by cash, check, MC/VISA, Discover, or American Express.
• There is a $15.00 enrollment fee for an individual plan and $20.00 for a family plan.

Our Product Guarantee

Vision Salon Eye Care Associates will for one year from purchase date, replace any defective or damaged part due to workmanship. This guarantee provides for the optician to use his or her best judgment in fairness to all, to determine the limits of replacement.
