- Vision Salon Eye Care Associates offers unlimited eye wear adjustments. You may use your VS Advantage Plan benefits an unlimited amount of times during the course of your enrollment.

How Do I Enroll?
- Call (800) 435-4733 and tell a helpful staff member that you would like to register for the VS Advantage Plan.
- New members and their families can make appointments for an eye exam or bring in current prescriptions for eye wear at a reduced cost.
- All payments are made directly to Vision Salon Eye Care Associates by cash, check, MC/VISA, Discover, American Express and Flexible Spending Accounts.
- There is a $15.00 enrollment fee for an individual plan and $20.00 for a family plan.
Our Product Guarantee
Vision Salon Eye Care Associates will for one year from purchase date, replace any spectacle, contact lens, or accessory products we sell damaged or defective due to manufacturer's defect within one year from purchase date. This guarantee provides for our opticians to use their best judgment, in fairness to all, to determine the limits of replacement of our products.

- Contact lens examinations and professional fees are discounted at 10% off.
- 10% discount on optical accessories.
- 10% off contact lens multi-packs or single lens orders and 10% off eye wear accessories.
