Our stereoscopic retinal camera allows us to provide cutting edge eyecare for our glaucoma, glaucoma suspect, diabetic, and all other patients with medical problems of the retina. The newest piece of cutting edge technology is our HRT II Scanning laser. This device takes a 3 dimensional image of the optic nerve of the eye, similar to a medical CAT Scan. By comparing these images over time, it gives our doctors the capability of detecting changes in the eye attributable to glaucoma 5 to 7 years before there is any visually measurable loss of vision from glaucoma. This critical enhancement of our patient care is detecting and preventing vision loss from glaucoma, for many of whom are unsuspecting.

Coordination of you eye health needs and issues with your primary care physician is essential in providing you with the best in health care. We can provide thorough reports of you eye condition and medications to your primary care physician. This will reduce the chances of adverse interactions with current medications you may be taking. We can also detect adverse ocular side effects of many medical conditions and communicate with your physician to help better manage your overall health.
